Do we need to replace our existing TVs?
Usually not. The system works with most TV brands, including Samsung, LG, Android TV and Vestel; we start by looking at what you already have.
Does it integrate with our PMS?
We can integrate with Oracle Opera, Fidelio, Elektra, Sedna and Asyasoft; guest name and language come through automatically at check-in.
Does the hotel need to close during installation?
No. We plan the installation room by room without disrupting your business; if you prefer, we start with a pilot in one small area.
Who handles the privacy requirements for the cameras?
We plan the camera installation together, including warning signs and a retention policy, in line with Turkish data protection law (KVKK).
Do we get support after installation?
Yes, we stay with you for questions and requests after installation.
